  • All you need to bring is water, a mat, and we recommend bringing a towel too!

    If you do not have a mat, we offer mat rentals for $4.

    If you would like a towel, we offer towel rentals for $3.

    If you forgot water, we sell waters and electrolyte drinks at the studio!

  • LIGHTWRK is music-driven, community-focused, and built for both intensity and recovery.

    Classes move to the beat, using rhythm to keep you locked in and pushing with purpose. The energy is high, the work is challenging, and every movement is intentional.

    What sets us apart is the environment. LIGHTWRK is one of the only studios combining infrared heat and red-light therapy, allowing you to train hard while supporting recovery at the same time. Infrared heat primes your muscles and boosts intensity, while red light helps your body recover so you can stay consistent.

  • Most studios use one or the other. LIGHTWRK combines red-light therapy for muscle recovery and cellular support with infrared heat for deeper muscle activation and efficient sweating, so you can train harder, recover faster, and feel better doing it.

  • We have a 20 car parking lot associated with our building! There is also street parking on the side of the building, but parking shouldn’t be an issue!
